• Vehicle data: vehicle specifications, photos, documents, and provenance you submit to a Vehicle Passport.
• Payment data: processed by our payment provider; PMN retains billing records but not full card numbers.
• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, and analytics events that help us improve the platform.
• Support data: messages you send to our help or concierge team.

2. How We Use It

We use your information to:

• Operate your account, Vehicle Passports, and memberships.
• Surface vehicles matching your acquisition mandates and make introductions.
• Process payments and certifications.
• Provide AI-assisted advisory responses to your questions.
• Improve encyclopedia accuracy, valuations, and matching.
• Communicate with you about your account and the service.

3. Sharing

We share information only as needed to operate the service:

With matched owners, sellers, or buyers when you authorize an introduction — and only what is necessary to facilitate contact.

With our payment provider to process transactions.

With independent licensed escrow or inspection providers when you direct us to.

With service vendors who help us run the platform under appropriate data agreements.

When required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.

4. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations. Vehicle Passport content may be retained after account closure where it contributes to a durable vehicle record, with identifying details minimized where possible.

5. Your Choices

You can:

• Access, correct, or update your profile and vehicle data at any time.
• Request export or deletion of your data, subject to legal retention needs.
• Cancel memberships and close your account.
• Control whether your garage vehicles are visible to the private network.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method is fully secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. International Users

If you access PMN from outside our home jurisdiction, your data may be processed there. Where applicable, we honor data-protection rights such as access, deletion, and portability.
