1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of Private Motor Network ("PMN," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Some features (membership, certification, concierge matching) carry additional disclosures shown at checkout or before you act; those disclosures are part of these Terms where they apply.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

PMN is an invite- and registration-based network. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Membership & Billing

Paid memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewal; the current period is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Prices are set in our pricing plans and may change with notice. Taxes may apply. Payment is processed by our payment provider; PMN does not store full card details.

4. Vehicle Passports & Certification

A Vehicle Passport is a record you create and control. Information you submit is attested by you; PMN does not independently guarantee its accuracy.

A Verified or Certified seal reflects the documentation submitted and our evidence review. It is not a guarantee of authenticity, title, provenance, or condition, and it is not an appraisal.

5. Concierge Matching & Introductions

At a member's request, PMN uses its private network to surface vehicles matching stated criteria and introduces members to relevant owners, sellers, or buyers.

PMN acts solely as an introducer and information service. We do not negotiate price or terms, do not act as your agent, and do not represent any party in a resulting transaction.

PMN never holds, escrows, or transmits vehicle sale funds. Payment for a vehicle moves directly between buyer and seller or through an independent licensed escrow provider.

6. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for your own due diligence, inspection, negotiation, financing, title, and closing for any vehicle transaction.

• Do not submit false, misleading, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours.
• Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute PMN content at scale without permission.
• Respect the confidentiality of private network information and other members.

7. Intellectual Property

PMN owns the platform, encyclopedia content, and the Private Motor Network marks. Vehicle Passport content remains owned by the member who submitted it; you grant PMN a license to host and display it as needed to run the platform.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Encyclopedia data, valuations, and AI-generated guidance are informational and may be incomplete or out of date.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PMN's total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months (or, for a single transaction, the fee paid for that service).

9. Termination

You can close your account at any time. PMN may suspend or terminate access for cause. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (liability limits, indemnity, ownership) remain in effect.

10. Governing Law & Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where PMN is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms with notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
